What's holding you back right now?

When I’m feeling stuck I love nothing more than a bit of self coaching and I’ve noticed it generally comes down to one of three things…

✖️The lack of a plan or knowing where to start
✖️Mindset challenges (fear, imposter syndrome etc)
✖️Not having or let’s be real, making, the time

The moment we understand WHY we’re stuck we can take action to move forward.

✔️Don’t have a plan? Gain the knowledge needed to create one… knowing you’ll never feel 100% ready and have to take uncomfortable action.
✔️Struggling with mindset? Remind yourself why you started, gather evidence in your favour and look at the messaging you’re consuming.
✔️Not making the time? Break the plan down into 10 minute steps and remind yourself that sustainable growth breeds sustainable results. If you’re really struggling to make time, it may tell you something about your priorities and whether this is something you want!
